The first two weeks were interval runs- outside, or in the hotel gyms- this week I've hiked Uglyberg
our little mountain in Zurich 2Xs! Also, summer has FINALLY arrived in Swiss land, so yoga on the lake is BACK! Went to the Tues night class with Clive at Bady Enge: www.tonttu.ch
Burn about 520 calories on the 50 min hike up and down and 550 in the 1.5 hour yoga session... not too bad!
But today I think I'll have to take a rest- woke up with a terrible sore throat and want to be sure I'm in top form for the Zurifest this we...
